1. The default: listing fees are final
A payment buys advertising placement that is delivered immediately. Once your listing is live on the board, the service has been provided and the fee is non-refundable.
In particular, no refund is due when someone outranks you. You bought a position at a price, not a guaranteed duration. Dropping a rank is the service working as described.
2. When we do refund, in full
We refund the full amount, without argument, if:
- you were charged but your listing never appeared on the board;
- you were charged more than once for the same payment;
- you were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout;
- a technical fault on our side removed or hid your listing for more than 24 hours;
- we permanently shut down the board before your listing went live.
3. Cancelling
You can abandon a checkout at any point before paying and nothing is charged. Once payment is confirmed the listing goes live immediately and cannot be cancelled for a refund.
You may ask us to take your listing down at any time. We will remove it promptly, but removal at your request is not refundable.
4. No refund on removal for breach
If we remove a listing because it breaches clause 6 of the Terms of Service — unlawful content, malware, impersonation, and so on — no refund is due.
5. How to ask
Email support@bidwins.lol with the payment ID from your receipt and one line on what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are sent back through Razorpay to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to post the credit; UPI is usually faster. We cannot refund to a different account from the one that paid.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback freezes the amount for weeks and is slower than emailing us. If you raise one without contacting us, we may remove the listing and decline future payments.
