1. Who you are contracting with
This website, bidadda.lol (“bidadda”, “we”, “us”), is operated by ⚠️ Your Legal Entity Pvt. Ltd., registered at ⚠️ Street, City, State, PIN.
By placing a bid you agree to these Terms. If you are bidding for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. What the service actually is
bidadda is a paid listing board. You pay to place a link, title and description at a position on a public leaderboard. Position is determined by one rule and nothing else: the total amount a listing has paid, highest first.
This is not an investment, a lottery, a game of skill or chance, or a security. You are buying advertising placement. Nothing you pay is held on your behalf, pooled, invested, or returned.
3. Pricing and how a rank is taken
The minimum payment to appear on the board is ₹49. To take a specific rank you pay ₹1 more than the listing currently holding it. The price shown before checkout is the price charged.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST where applicable. A tax invoice is issued to the billing details you provide.
4. Your rank is not permanent, and that is the point
You hold a rank until another listing pays more. When that happens you move down. You are not entitled to any refund, credit, compensation or notice when you are outbid. Being outbid is the normal operation of the service, not a failure of it.
We do not guarantee any duration at any rank, any number of impressions, any number of clicks, any traffic, or any commercial outcome. You could be outbid within a minute of paying.
5. When your listing goes live
A listing appears on the board only after your payment is confirmed by our payment processor. If payment fails or is abandoned, no listing is created and nothing is charged.
Repeat payments for the same domain add to that listing’s existing total rather than creating a second listing.
6. What you may not list
Paying does not buy immunity. We remove, without refund, listings that:
- are unlawful under Indian law, or promote unlawful activity;
- distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive downloads;
- impersonate another business, person, or brand you do not own;
- offer financial returns, guaranteed profits, unregistered securities, or any form of money-circulation or chit scheme;
- contain sexual content, or content harmful to children;
- promote real-money gambling or betting where prohibited in the user’s state;
- link to a destination materially different from the one described at the time of bidding.
Outside these categories we do not editorialise. We are not obliged to pre-screen listings and generally do not.
7. Removal, suspension and chargebacks
We may remove a listing that breaches clause 6, is the subject of a credible legal complaint, or is linked to a fraudulent or disputed payment. Removal for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us, we may remove the listing and decline future bids from you.
8. Your content and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of your trade marks, logo and copy. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your name, icon, description and link on bidadda and in posts about the board, for as long as your listing exists.
You confirm you have the right to grant this and that the content does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
9. Click counts and statistics
Click counts shown on listings are our own measurements, provided in good faith and without warranty. They may differ from your analytics for ordinary technical reasons — bot filtering, ad blockers, redirects, and users who abandon the page before it loads. We do not inflate them.
10. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the board.
If we permanently discontinue the board, we will say so publicly with reasonable notice. We are not obliged to refund past listing fees, but will refund any payment taken for a listing that never went live.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Third-party destinations
Listings link to sites we do not operate. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, or handling of your data. Your dealings with a listed business are entirely between you and them.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your bid, and the “last updated” date above tells you when it changed. Material changes do not apply retrospectively to bids already placed.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
